Precision Rifle Series Rim Fire competition is a great way to experience all of the challenge and excitement of the Center Fire big brother version of the sport without all of the costs involved. The rifles all shoot factory ammunition and that alone makes the sport a lot more affordable. The support equipment is all the same as the center fire version of the sport but the lower power factor of the rifles means the targets are closer and the host facilities don’t have to be nearly as big as they do for the center fire version.
